Marion is the Founder and CEO of LMDM Productions. A filmmaker, producer, and editor, she oversees the company’s creative and strategic direction while developing and producing independent films that combine cinematic storytelling with social impact. Her work has received international festival recognition and multiple awards.
Nawfel Crombez
Associate Producer
Nawfel supports the development, production, and distribution of LMDM Productions’ films. A graduate of EICAR with six years of experience directing and producing music videos and short films, including Désiré, he contributes to the company’s productions as an associate producer, assistant director, camera operator, and editor.
Lyla Conley
Head of Communications
Lyla is the Head of Communications at LMDM Productions. She is a student at Trinity College, in Hartford USA, majoring in Political Science and Film studies. At LMDM she manages the Social Media and website, along with managing communications with artists, sales agents, and distributors.
Léontine Cunin
Production Coordinator
Léontine is the Production Coordinator at LMDM Productions, where she organizes productions, coordinates shoots, and oversees administrative and logistical aspects of the company’s projects. She also supports development and producing across LMDM’s slate.
Her credits include script supervisor on Quand Nos Cœurs se Taisent, assistant editor on Vietato ai Maggiori di 6 Anni, and director of the documentary Akissi. Her versatility, organization, and attention to detail make her an integral part of the LMDM Productions team.
Alison Bagnall
Producer
Alison is producing LMDM Productions’ sophomore feature film, Moi Ana Sorcière, and previously served as associate producer on the company’s debut feature, Le Meilleur du Monde. An award-winning producer whose films have screened at major international festivals, she brings extensive experience in developing and producing independent films with global reach.
